1. Order Confirmation Process
Orders are confirmed via email after payment is received. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of confirmation. All electronic communications comply with UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
2. Payment Terms and Methods
Payments must be made in full before dispatch via bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, or secure online payment gateways. Credit terms may be available for repeat customers upon request. All transactions comply with FEMA regulations.
3. Wholesale Pricing Conditions
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Volume discounts may apply based on order quantities. All pricing complies with UK and Indian trade regulations.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All branding, logos, and product designs are the property of Made in Goa and may not be reproduced without permission. We maintain all necessary intellectual property registrations in both jurisdictions.
5. Liability Limitations & Dispute Resolution
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs hold-ups, or force majeure events. Maximum liability is limited to the order value. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in London, UK, under English law.

All garments include labels detailing fiber composition, care instructions, and country of origin as per UK textile labeling laws and Legal Metrology Rules.
